Welcome to Yogapeople my name is Charlotte. I run a familiar studio focusing on yoga in English and small classes for a more personal experience in a relaxed atmosphere in central located studios in Baar.

Yoga is a powerful method to help many kind of physical problems as pain in the back, shoulders, digestion problems, stress and many more. It also help us to delay the aging process. So why not get started and experience that yoga

  • is for everyone: female or male, young or old, stiff or bendy
  • is so much more than just an exercise system


All classes are based on Hatha yoga with inspiration from other types of yoga and with some differences in proportion to the group’s level, age, physique, the time of day etc.
