YOGA classes in the Zug and Baar area

my name is Charlotte. I run a familiar studio focusing on yoga in English and small classes for a more personal experience in a relaxed atmosphere in central located studios in Baar and Zug.

Yoga is a powerful method to help many kind of physical problems as pain in the back, shoulders, digestion problems, stress and many more. It also help us to delay the aging process. So why not get started and experience that yoga

  • makes you feel great and gives you more energy
  • is for everyone: female or male, young or old, stiff or bendy
  • is so much more than just an exercise system

 

New classes starting up September 2016

More classes on Mondays and Thursdays in Baar and Zug, find the class that fits you best.

Gentle Yoga does move at a slow and steady pace where poses primarily are floor-based or seated with few standing poses. Suitable for beginners, intermediates and +50.

Lunch Yoga is mostly for working people able to leave work for lunch time to take a short break focusing on themselves. Through one hour we practice Hatha poses, breathing techniques and end the class with a short relaxation sequence.

Early Bird. The class start up early in the morning for those of you who wants to practice yoga before going to work. Suitable for men, women, couples.

Hatha yoga. All classes are based on Hatha yoga with inspiration from other types of yoga and with some differences in proportion to the group’s level, age, physique, the time of day etc.
